Phil Collins' Face Value: Celebrating 45 Years with a Deluxe Vinyl Box Set and Exclusive Launch Event

A deluxe vinyl box set featuring four LPs of Phil Collins' debut album, Face Value, has been released. Recently, Collins shared a video showcasing his discussion with Steven Wilson during the launch event for this reissue of his first solo project.
The event took place at the Odeon Luxe West End in Leicester Square, London, and attracted a notable audience, including comedian Al Murray, members of Wilson's live band, Nick Beggs and Craig Blundell, as well as Guy Pratt from Pink Floyd and Nick Mason's Saucerful Of Secrets.
This reissue celebrates the 45th anniversary of Face Value and includes Wilson's new immersive audio mixes. During their 45-minute conversation, Collins and Wilson delved into the album's creation and its various influences, particularly highlighting the often-ignored jazz-fusion elements present in the latter part of side one.
In addition to this, Wilson has announced an upcoming event where he will engage in a conversation with Al Murray at Bush Hall in Shepherd's Bush. They will discuss Wilson's work, Requiem For A Village, and its broader context. Following the discussion, Wilson will be available to sign copies of the album. This event is scheduled for 8 PM on Tuesday, November 10th, and tickets are available for purchase.
The reissue of Face Value is currently available for fans and collectors alike.
